NOTE: This otoscope head has a TL (twist lock) connector and must be paired with handles that have the TL connection. Heine is discontinuing the TL (twist lock) connector for all their otoscopes.
The BETA 400 is an advanced high-quality otoscope making more details visible, while maintaining familiar handling and functionality. With a magnification factor of 4.2X and multi-coated precision optics for sharp spatial images, it provides for the best diagnosis. Combined with a large field of view, the ear canal and tympanum are clearly visible at a glance. The unique opening mechanism can be operated with one hand and flips up the optical system. Application of instruments through the device becomes easily possible. One year manufacturer’s warranty.

To Use the Twist Lock
With the Twist-Lock Connector (TL), to connect an instrument head, hold the handle in one hand, match up its mounting lugs with the recesses in the head, press in and turn the handle clockwise until securely attached. To remove the head rotate it anti-clockwise and pull it off.
